Cancellation Policy

For cancellation and rescheduling, you must contact your trainer at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for that session. Each client is able to only reschedule one session per month. (All Clients must also notify 30 days prior to cancellation of membership, if not, NO reimbursement will be awarded.)
